BWP was founded in 2011 in the UAE and Knowledge Village had been home from our inception up to March 2020. Fortunately, the business was able to transfer and extend our operating license as ‘executive search’ to the new DMCC based office and we look forward to growing the business in our new home. BWP remains the leading boutique headhunter for the region operating in the real estate development, transport and infrastructure, architecture and renewable energy and utility markets.
BWP became part of the Empresaria Group in 2014 which is a global staffing specialist listed in London and providing a full suite of staffing solutions globally. In 2020, BWP formed a close partnership with IMS Group, who are an integral part of the Empresaria Group, and a successful Global Workforce Solutions Company in the international recruitment sector.
Despite the devastating pandemic and slowdown in the economic climate, the BWP team have come together to ensure our candidates and clients are receiving the highest levels of service and our activity remains buoyant. So far since March, we have managed to onboard candidates remotely in Australia, United Kingdom, Spain and Morocco. We have also successfully built a local sales and marketing team for an international technology provider and we have recently signed new partnerships with major rail and energy clients in Egypt, KSA and the UAE.
