This week Beresford Wilson & Partners (part of the Empresaria Group) have delivered a comprehensive training program to all team members covering a number of topics including effective candidate engagement, leadership vs management, teamwork promotion and effective reverse marketing across our business.
The Consultants were highly engaged in the sessions that ran over the course of the week and produced some fantastic ideas that will be put into practice. The program gave the BWP team the opportunity to knowledge share and review best practice from multiple international recruitment brands within the Empresaria Group and we will be implementing some great new initiatives to our client base here in the Middle East markets.
