We have partnered with a global leader electronics OEM company that develops a variety of products, leading the way in smart technologies, solar, digital signage, home entertainment, mobile communications, home appliances & air solutions to assist them with their hiring needs across MEA region. At present we are recruiting a Business Development Manager who can grow their presence across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain proving a complete integrated and customised solution to all business verticals.

You will be responsible for: 

Key responsibilities:

  • Create new strategic customers
  • Enhance cooperation with existing accounts
  • Develop strong relations with high end users / developers
  • Assist sales team securing projects at higher GP
  • Manage Abu Dhabi sales functions related to a specific Account (Sales/Consulting Sales/Service)
  • Penetrate untapped clients (Consultants, Contractors and Clients), Abu Dhabi Governmental & Semi Governmental Accounts Generation & Management
  • Improve Relations and business with existing accounts
  • Guide Sales teams to increase profitable revenues of product portfolio within Abu Dhabi
  • Coaching Team(s) members on field activities and technical advancement

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development in Abu Dhabi market
  • Mechanical Engineer Graduate
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English
