Our client is a major player within the HVAC industry and are looking for a Country Sales Manager to join their team in UAE.

JOB PURPOSE
 
The Country Sales Manager will be solely responsible for establishing our clients presence and driving profitable sales activities and sustainable sales growth in the UAE. The Country Sales Manager should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the region.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Masters in Sales & Marketing  
15+ years of leadership experience in relevant position in UAE
Good industry knowledge (HVAC) and well acquainted with GCC Market.
Strong Entrepreneurial Skill
Systematic and Process Oriented
Excellent Data Analysis Skill
Excellent Presentation Skill
Excellent Client Relationship Skill
Must be able to remotely manage the  other regions
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Well versed in Microsoft office  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
 
Mainly responsible for the Gross Profit Margin of the Trading Division viz; Showroom / Retail Sales and Project Sales.
 
Structure and manage a sales team to achieve organization’s sales revenue targets through proper planning and effective implementation of the plan.

Submission of weekly /Monthly /Quarterly /Half Yearly reports to the top management.
 
Continuous enhancement of company product portfolio and launch new products.
 
Must be able to scale up the market share of organization.
 
To enhance the coverage of Consultants, Main Civil Contractors and MEP Contractors.
 
Must be able to remotely manage Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions.
 
Responsible for Sales Promotion activities.
 
Achieving KPI’s set by the top management.
 
Should be able to respond to market demands proactively and quickly.
 
Able to successfully lead the Product champions across the Divisions.
 
Develop and manage distributors’ sales channels, existing & new distributors to ensure covering market demand.
 
Explore market development in each segment and strategize the offering responding to that development.
 
Explore product development in each segment and strategize the offering responding to that development.
Coordinate with top management to build country strategic plan.
 
Review and monitor effectiveness of such strategies with the sales team to ensure that changes in market conditions are incorporated in the plans and objectives
 
Follow up clients & customers to ensure satisfaction
