Our client are a semi government company in Jubail and are looking for a Saudi National Deputy Plant Manager to manage plant safety and maintain plant operations in compliance with regulatory authorities and best practiced standard operating procedures. 

Due to work permit restriction set in place by the Saudi governement the position is open to Saudi nationals only.
