Our client are a leading Architecture, Planning and Design organisation who are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team in the Dubai office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develops and delivers high-quality graphic design, across printed and digital channels, including art working, storyboarding, presenting concepts, achieving sign-off, preparing for print or digital publishing
  • Collaborates, brainstorms and strategizes with marketing teams and stakeholders to develop a wide range of materials for events and campaigns
  • Works closely with the regional marketing and global brand and communications teams to deliver campaigns that are impactful and current
  • Implements the visual expression and protection of the brand across digital and printed channels
  • Adopts and applies consistent brand guidelines and standards, creating and cascading templates and guidelines and providing training as required
  • Identifies ways in which graphic design can add value to client’s brand and how to align with the sector and regional business objectives
  • Contributes to the continual improvement of the global brand and communications standards and processes
  • Helps write briefs with internal stakeholders across the business, challenge messaging where necessary and setting realistic timeframes and budgets
  • Adopts companywide processes for asset management, content management and customer databases
  • An active participant in the brand and communications and marketing communities, bring ideas to the table and collaborating openly with colleagues

Core Competencies

  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work, for an in-house marketing function
  • Thorough understanding of brand and marketing
  • Collaborative, can-do attitude to supporting the business without breaking the brand
  • Experienced in developing design materials that increase consideration
  • Experienced in developing easy to use templates and guidelines for non-designers
  • Proficient in working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders and juggling priorities
  • Experienced in an integrated sales and marketing functional approach

Key Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of design and desktop publishing software including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working within an advertising agency working with fashion / lifestyle brands
  • Excellent communications skills and presentation skills
