This is a strategic role where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and diversification of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance the company’s services and offerings.
- Leading the assessment of new technologies, and conducting technology reviews to provide business assurance.
- Developing technical and engineering capability through the establishment of best practice management systems, processes, and procedures.
- Providing expertise in asset integrity, including developing approaches to assess asset life and lifecycle management strategies.
- Efficiently allocating resources within the engineering team to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Ensuring consistent implementation and maintenance of technical standards across all business functions.
- Cultivating external relationships with industry bodies, academia, and technical standards organizations to enhance and promote Renewables activity.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- At least 15 years of design or engineering experience in renewable energy is preferred.
- Sound understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to renewable projects.
