Our client are a leading international Engineering consultancy who are looking for a Project Manager for their office in Riyadh.
Reporting directly into the Project Director you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for operations of the project, ensuring that relevant client executives are adequately supported in executing strategic initiatives with speed and efficiency
- Defines and promotes requisite levels of governance and control that enables clear visibility of performance in key areas
- Promoting improvement measures to increase operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness with appropriate procedures and processes
- Assignment of personnel and management in line with existing processes (including Prior Approval Forms /PAFs)
- Management of PMO task orders (Work Order Release Forms/ WERs) and associated cost reporting including timesheet data
- Embed and manage PMO functions including project controls, information management, quality, health and safety, administration, reporting and systems
- Ensuring efficient information management is in place to facilitate good communication, collaboration and integrated reporting
- Assisting in setting up and driving best practices within the PMO and client organization

Key Requirements
- Must have as minimum a Bachelors’ degree in Architecture / Planning / Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field / position
- Major project experience with a focus on project setups and PMOs
- Good working knowledge of information management and project controls
- High level understanding of integrated reporting with excellent data management skills
