Our client are a market leader in the Real Estate development sector and are looking for a Sales Director in their Abu Dhabi office to lead operations across Europe, Africa and Middle East. The client develops high-end communities consisting of Commercial, Retail and Hospitality projects whilst providing world-class housing options for each country locations.

Reporting directly to the COO you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the overall company’s sales strategy and plan including sales targets and pricing in coordination with the project teams
  • Ownership of sales execution & achievement of sales targets
  • Oversee and recommend changes to management on the commission
  • Manage the contact center, leads & CRM teams to ensure high quality service levels
  • Stakeholder and agent management
  • Promoting employee excellence and change 

Core Competencies

  • Excellent budgeting skills with ability to compile data compilation and develop reports
  • Problem solving skills and planning ability
  • Excellent negotiating skills with experience developing sales strategies for various countries/regions
  • Strong customer focus skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years sales experience with minimum of 5 years at Director level in the Real Estate sector
  • Proven track record with a well-known developer with assets over of 10,000+ units


  • Project management & MS Project 
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills

The position is suited for candidates who work in high pressure and fast pace environments.
