Our client, a leading player in the real estate and property development sector is looking to engage a Sales Director to head their global portfolio across Europe, Africa and Middle East.
The client specialises in the delivery of luxury mixed-use communities which develops between 3,000 - 10,000 units per year with a consistent growth of new projects in the pipeline.
Reporting to the Group CEO, this person will be responsible for creating worldwide business and sales strategies as per country requirements, control sales operations achieving agreed profit and turnover objectives.
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a relevant discipline
2. 15+ years experience with at least 5 years+ at Director level
3. Previous work experience with a multinational developer
4. Proven track record with achieving high sales volume of high-end residential products
