We’re supporting a leading infrastructure investor and developer in the UAE in their search for a Director of Business Development. This senior position will drive growth through strategic partnerships, bid management, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in PPP (Public Private Partnerships), with a proven track record of leading complex bids and building relationships across government, investors, and delivery partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping business strategy, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the execution of major infrastructure initiatives.
Ideal Profile:
