With over 15 years of total sales experience — including 8 years in full 360 recruitment — Sam has developed a well-rounded understanding of client relationships, business development, and delivery across technical markets.
Before joining BWP, Sam spent two years recruiting within the industrial sector and five years in technology, before moving into the energy space where he has worked closely with developers and EPCs on project execution. His current focus spans renewable energy, utilities, and power generation across the region.
