Nick Kingston

Managing Director

Nick joined BWP in 2014 to establish and lead the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure practice, progressing to Managing Director in 2017. In this role, he is responsible for the group’s overall growth strategy, operational leadership, and team development across all core sectors, including Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables, Utilities, Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Architecture & Design.

Nick continues to head up the Infrastructure team and remains actively involved in senior-level delivery. He is a recognised specialist in PPP frameworks and works closely with many of the GCC’s leading infrastructure developers, investors, and sponsors. His focus is on senior and strategic appointments, including Executive Directors, CEOs, and leadership teams, as well as supporting clients in building project companies and joint ventures from the ground up.

Prior to joining BWP, Nick led the international renewable energy desk for a leading energy recruitment firm in London. He brings over a decade of recruitment experience across power, utilities, and renewable energy markets, with expertise spanning senior search, complex project hiring, and multi-jurisdictional mandates. Nick has developed long-standing partnerships with some of the world’s most respected infrastructure and energy organisations.

Matthew Redfearn

Senior Associate Partner – Real Estate Development

Matt joined BWP in 2023 to strengthen the Real Estate Development team, bringing with him a BSc in Real Estate and four years of experience in property surveying and sales. He focuses on supporting luxury mixed-use developers and masterplan projects across the MENA region, helping them identify and secure exceptional talent. 

With hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, Matt has a strong grasp of both the technical and commercial sides of development. He supports executive-level hires and confidential mandates, ensuring clients are matched with high-calibre professionals who can deliver on ambitious project goals.

Natasha Edwards

Business Support Manager

Tasha is the Business Support Manager at Beresford Wilson & Partners, overseeing operations, HR, and office management across the business. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the firm, supporting internal performance, compliance, people management, and operational efficiency across all departments.

Prior to moving into her current role, Tasha was a Senior Associate Partner specialising in corporate services recruitment across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, delivering mid- to senior-level appointments across HR, Finance, Administration, and C-suite leadership.

With over five years of recruitment experience spanning London and Dubai, Tasha began her career working with top-tier private equity firms before relocating to the Middle East. Her background in recruitment across the energy, infrastructure, real estate, and investment sectors gives her a strong commercial understanding of the market and the operational needs of high-performing teams.

Her combined experience across recruitment and internal business management enables her to support both the strategic growth and operational excellence of BWP.

Oliver Dwyer

Associate Partner – Infrastructure & Energy

Oliver joined BWP to strengthen the firm’s presence across infrastructure and alternative investments, supporting clients involved in energy, utilities, and broader real asset sectors. He focuses on connecting organizations with high-calibre professionals across private equity investment, project finance, M&A, and advisory functions. 
 
With 7+ years experience spanning recruitment, business development, and consultancy, Oliver brings a strong understanding of stakeholder management and market insight across the EMEA region. He has developed trusted relationships with leading infrastructure funds, developers, and investment platforms, helping them identify and attract exceptional talent for strategic growth.

Aaron Sohal

Associate Partner – Design 

Aaron joined BWP in 2024 after relocating from London to Dubai and now heads up the Architecture and Design division. Having started a recruitment career in Architecture and Design, running a contract desk in London, Aaron later transitioned into the technology sector for four years before returning to their roots in Architecture and Design – where their passion and expertise truly lie. 

With over 8 years of recruitment experience, including 3 years specialising in the Architecture and Design sector, Aaron has worked closely with leading global consultancies and delivered talent solutions across multiple regions. Their biggest achievements include securing key clients internationally and successfully building relationships across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.

Ellie-Louise Roberts

Senior Research Associate – Real Estate

Ellie-Louise joined BWP in 2024, bringing experience partnering with leading private equity investors including Triton Partners, KKR, and PAI Partners to build and scale teams across their portfolio companies. She focuses on delivering strategic talent solutions across the real estate, facilities management, and digital infrastructure sectors, with a strong track record in mid-management to executive leadership recruitment. 

With 3 years of recruitment experience, Ellie-Louise has led end-to-end searches and developed lasting partnerships with real estate developers, sovereign wealth funds, and government organisations worldwide. Her achievements include supporting large and small-cap private equity investors across Europe, as well as collaborating with top developers and investment platforms in the GCC to deliver high-impact leadership hires.

Sam Wright

Associate Partner – Renewable Energy & Utilities

Sam joined BWP in 2025 as an Associate Partner within the Infrastructure team, where he specialises in construction, project management, contract management, and utilities. He works closely with leading developers across the region, supporting delivery-critical hires across major infrastructure and energy projects.

With over 15 years of total sales experience, including 8 years in full 360 recruitment, Sam brings a strong commercial mindset alongside deep recruitment expertise. His background spans industrial, technology, and energy markets, giving him a well-rounded understanding of complex project environments and client requirements.

Prior to joining BWP, Sam spent two years recruiting within the industrial sector and five years in technology, before transitioning into energy-focused roles. He has since worked extensively with developers and EPC contractors on project execution mandates and continues to support clients across renewable energy, utilities, and power generation projects throughout the region.

Daisy Lomax

Associate Partner

Daisy joined BWP in June 2025 to specialise in Legal and Business Development recruitment across the energy and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East. She focuses on supporting developers and top law firms operating within these markets, helping them identify and secure high-performing professionals who drive growth and innovation. 

Beginning her career as a Commercial Specialist in data centre recruitment across Europe for a Manchester-based firm after graduating in 2021, Daisy later relocated to Dubai in 2024 to focus on energy and utilities recruitment for a global organisation. With 4 years of experience spanning digital infrastructure, energy, and project development, she brings strong market insight and an international perspective to her work. Outside the office, one of Daisy’s proudest achievements includes completing the Dubai Marathon in 2025 — her first full marathon.

Paul Alexander

Head of Delivery

Paul is a skilled Senior Manager and Recruitment Specialist with extensive experience across Construction, Real Estate, and Asset & Facilities Management. With a proven track record in building profitable and sustainable markets, he brings strong leadership and a hands-on approach to developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. 

With 14 years of recruitment experience – including 8 years across the Middle East. Paul’s expertise spans headhunting, executive search, technical recruiting, and account management. He is known for his strategic insight, client-first mindset, and ability to connect top-tier talent with leading organisations across the region.

Ross joined BWP in 2026 as the Projects Team Leader to expand the business’s service offering, leading and building out our Project Partnership product within the renewable energy, infrastructure and utilities industries.

Joel Kabia

Principal Partner – Data Centres 

With over a decade of experience in executive search across global markets including New Zealand, the United States, Japan, and the UAE, he has developed a strong track record in delivering senior and hard-to-find talent across the full data center lifecycle. His expertise spans hyperscale and colocation environments, with a particular focus on mission-critical MEP, construction delivery, commissioning, and operations. Leveraging a global network of data center professionals, Joel supports developers and operators in scaling high-performing teams across the Middle East’s rapidly expanding digital infrastructure market.
