BWP are representing a leading infrastructure investor and developer in the UAE seeking a Head of PPP Bids to lead the end-to-end bid process for major public-private partnership projects across the region.
This senior role will be responsible for developing bid strategies, managing submissions, and coordinating with technical, legal, and financial teams to deliver winning proposals. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with deep experience in PPP frameworks, stakeholder management, and infrastructure project delivery.
