Senior Legal Counsel | Infrastructure Developer | Riyadh
BWP are representing a leading infrastructure developer in the UAE seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the business across complex infrastructure and energy projects in the Kingdom.
This role will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice across project development, contracts, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure, energy, or utilities, with a background in project finance, EPC contracts, or PPP frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise on project structuring, development, and financing.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and project agreements.

Manage external counsel and support senior leadership on legal strategy.

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory frameworks.
Ideal Profile:

Qualified lawyer with experience in infrastructure or energy sectors.

Strong background in project and corporate law within GCC.

Excellent communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skills.
