Florence joined BWP in 2014 as part of the Real Estate team and is now the Head of the Real Estate and Property practice. Florence has more than 10 years’ experience in Real Estate recruitment with a focus on development and execution with a proven track record of delivering C suite and executive appointments of both corporate level and project level mandates.

Jenny is part of the Real Estate and Property Development team at BWP and has more than five years’ experience in international real estate markets with a focus on delivering project level mandates within architecture & design, construction and project management disciplines.
Jenny has a BSc in Project Management for Construction, speaks Mandarin and has experience in luxury real estate sales as well as recruitment for the full property development life cycle.
